HOW WE QUOTE

A fixed fee, agreedbefore we begin

It would not normally be necessary to undertake other work or incur other costs, other than those described on this page. Once we understand your case, we agree a fixed fee covering the key stages.

Fixed from day one

We can agree our fee with you as a fixed fee at the start of your case, so you know where you stand before any work begins.

Priced to your case

Your quote depends on complexity, urgency, and how many documents we need to review — not a one-size-fits-all tariff.

One person, then we talk

Website fees are for one person. Contact us for more than one applicant, or for other immigration issues such as judicial review, administrative review, or asylum.

Disbursements, governmentfees and timescales

Disbursements

Our fees do not include other costs such as barrister, expert, or translation / interpreting fees. Barristers are typically around £200–£800 per hour (plus VAT if applicable). Expert reports can range from around £500–£5,000 (plus VAT if applicable).

Government & Tribunal fees

Sponsor Licence government fees normally start from £536, with further fees depending on who you sponsor and for how long. Most visa applications under the Rules are approximately £1,000–£7,000. Tribunal fees for appeals are normally £140.

Timescales

We can normally complete our work on an application within around 1 month, or on an appeal within 3–6 months, depending on how quickly documents are provided. The Government typically decides within 1–6 months. The First Tier Tribunal typically decides within 4–8 weeks of the hearing.
